M. Aamir Saeed, RA, NCARB, CDT
Founding Principal
Aamir is a passionate Registered Architect with an interest in real estate development- specializing in the design, development, and construction of commercial investment properties. Furthermore, his NCARB and CDT certifications demonstrate high professional standards and his understanding of how a project unfolds from concept to delivery and how the roles and relationships of all stakeholders intertwine contractually.
Aamir’s architectural project experience spans a diverse range of commercial project types, including civic buildings, public K-12 education school buildings, office and retail commercial buildings, high-rise structures and mid-rise multifamily housing, hospitality, mixed-use developments, medical and dental interior build-outs, and selective residential projects.
He is experienced in all project phases, from Schematic Designs creating feasibility studies and marketing presentations, unit tabulations, Floor Area Ratio (FAR) calculations, and code analysis, to Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction/Contract Administration.
He is now utilizing Virtual Reality (VR) in conjunction with BIM to demonstrate designs which has been a paradigm shift for helping clients visualize & understand a project by immersing them virtually in 1:1 scale digital models.
His expertise in 3D/BIM workflows has been deployed professionally since the mid 2000s while working on a sophisticated deluxe resort hotel at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas: Kidani Village. This was a seminal project as he played a key role in 3D modeling and translating the parametric zoomorphic lamella-roof lobby design into real world construction by operating across the spectrum of SD, DD, CD, and on-site CA phases.
However, Aamir’s background goes beyond the desk as his hands-on construction and renovation experience allows him to approach the design process with both creative planning and practical execution in mind simultaneously.
Aamir’s education also spans a spectrum of varied experience. His commitment to sustainable design led him to be selected to attend an elite master’s-level studio program in 2005 that was led by 2002 Pritzker Prize Laureate and 2009 AIA Gold Medalist Glenn Murcutt, an experience that significantly influenced his architectural approach in the years since.
After attending Trinity University as an undergraduate for 2 years pursuing a career in medicine, he changed his career path to align with his creative intuition and transferred to earn a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from the University of Houston College of Architecture, graduating with honors in 2004. During his studies, he was recognized with a Senior Class UH College of Architecture Design Honor Award, competed in voluntary design competitions, and studied abroad in Mexico and Europe. He also earned a Texas real estate license at that time, which served as an introduction to the real estate industry.

Ramon graduated from the University of Houston College of Architecture in 2008 and has been specializing in Healthcare for almost 20 years. He has completed dozens of medical specialty offices ranging from medical to dental to ambulatory surgical centers and fully understands the needs of these projects. He shares the architect as developer mindset and his architecture & MEP expertise is integral to successful projects.

Alexander has 20+ years of experience and graduated from the University of Houston College of Architecture in 2004, but found himself drawn to the art of Construction. This innate desire led him to pursue design-build projects where he acted as the General Contractor and Project Manager as well as Designer. His organization skills and expertise born from real world experience informs the design process and completes the feedback loop that reinforces Isotropic's design-build strategic approach to combine architecture and construction.
